In preheated (170 degrees using a thermometer) smoker cook the sausage for 2 hours. Remove from smoker & cool it down & enjoy the tasty sausage.

Take large bowl Stir the water, curing mixture, mustard seed, garlic powder, black pepper, and liquid smoke until mixture dissolved. Cheddar cheese & jalapeno pepper & mix it until its somehow sticky & even now after 3 minutes divided the mix in half & make a roll of 2 inches & wrap it in foil paper & place it in a refrigerator for 24 hours. Preheat the oven to 300 degrees remove the foil & put it in the oven for 1 ½ – 2 hours & take the sausages when its turn to eatable temperature enjoy the tasty sausage.
